These Terms & Conditions govern commercial transactions and orders completed on dev.sangeethaelectronics.net.

A. Pricing & Availability

All prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors in pricing or specs. In the event of an inadvertent pricing error, we will notify you and provide the option to reconfirm or cancel the order.

B. Pre-Bookings & Order Confirmation

Pre-booking an upcoming product reserves your allocation. Dispatch takes place once inventory is officially released and received from the manufacturer. Receiving an electronic order receipt does not signify our final acceptance of an order; we reserve the right to decline or limit order quantities where stock is constrained.

C. EMI & Payment Processing

No-Cost EMI arrangements are facilitated directly through third-party banking partners. Approval, processing charges (if any levied by the bank), and monthly billing terms are subject to your card issuer's lending policies.

D. Limitation of Liability

Sangeetha Electronics shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from product use, courier delays beyond reasonable control, or website downtime. Manufacturer warranties remain the direct responsibility of the respective product
