Refund Policy

A. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:

• Order Cancellations: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped.

• Out-of-Stock Items: If an ordered item (or pre-book allocation) becomes unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.

• Approved Returns/Replacements: If a returned product meets our return criteria and a replacement is unavailable or declined by mutual agreement.

B. Refund Timeline & Method

• Approved refunds will be initiated back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking).

• Depending on your bank or card issuer, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
