Refund and Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned only within 2 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
How to Initiate a Return

within 2 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number, as well as instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong item / defective product), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid issues during transit.
Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days from the date the return is accepted.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 5-7 Business days.
Exceptions
Partial refunds may be granted if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any restocking or handling fee (if applicable) will be clearly communicated before approval.
Non‑returnable Items
Some types of goods may not be eligible for return, such as special‑order products, or items made to customer specifications.

Exchanges
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
